No. Once a booking is made, changes and cancellations are handled by the supplier under the terms shown at checkout, not by GlobeRent. Use the contact details on your booking confirmation for anything after that point.

Contact the supplier directly using the details on your booking confirmation -- they hold the rental agreement, the deposit and the vehicle records, so they're the ones who can act on it. GlobeRent can point you back to the right guide (for example, our deposit explainer) if you need to understand what's normal versus what to push back on.

GlobeRent lists destinations across dozens of countries; check the countries list on the homepage to see current coverage. Availability of specific cars, suppliers and conditions still depends on the destination and dates you search.
